Formula One 2012 Bar Chart

This is the original version of the Formula 1 bar chart. A more mobile friendly (and up-to-date) version can be found here.

The bar chart below shows standings for the 2012 FIA Formula One World Championship, with data taken from the F1plus.com website. All drivers who scored points at some point during the season are included in the chart.

The default display is of the total number of points scored by each driver but this can be changed to other metrics using the Category drop-down menu. Clicking Sort will sort the bars into descending order by the current chosen category (if they aren't already in that order).Hovering over a bar highlights that bar and the bar of the driver's teammate (for an easy comparison) while clicking on a bar opens a new tab with the corresponding driver's profile on the F1plus.com website (note, this is an external site, not affiliated with Data to Display). Tapping the Sort button will sort the bars into descending order by the current chosen category (if they aren't already in that order).Tap a team name to highlight the bars of both drivers for that team (for an easy comparison) or tap on a driver's name to open a new tab with their profile from the F1plus.com website (note, this is an external site, not affiliated with Data to Display).
